This zirconia flap disc is a 7-inch, 40-grit Type 29 abrasive for material removal and surface preparation. Zirconia alumina abrasive grain provides a sharper, more aggressive cut and longer service life compared to aluminum oxide discs. The Type 29 conical shape positions the flaps at an angle for aggressive material removal on flat surfaces, edges, and contours.
